Hey babes! A while ago Belgium’s first NYX Cosmetics store opened in Ghent, of course I had to be there because I love NYX! I went as early as I could and was one of the first 250 in line, they were handing out free drinks and snacks and told us we could get a full beauty case as a gift when spending over 70 euros and lots of other perks, so that’s what I did, and I didn’t get one.. I was kind of bummed out by that because I spent more than 2 hours in line, in the pouring rain, because I thought I would be getting that gift!

In the end it didn’t really matter whether I got the gift or not because I got to spend a fun morning with my friends and be one of the first people to check out the new store, but seriously though, NYX, not cool!
The store is very pretty inside and of course I was thrilled to see so many amazing products! I was too distracted by all the products to take a picture but here’s one my friend Fanny made while we were waiting outside:

I just visited the NYX store in Ghent a couple of weeks ago. It really surprised me how cheap things were and everytime I wanted to go, there was always a line outside, but that day the store was quite empty, lucky me!
I bought myself the V'amped up lip topcoat because I've been wanting it for a long while, and I'm incredibly happy with it. I will definitely go back some time later this year. :3
