Hey babes! My skin has been acting up lately, my pores were enlarged even though I didn’t change my skincare, so I figured it was time to pick out a new cleansing mask to give my skin some tlc. I picked out this Korres Pomegranate mask because it doesn’t contain anything bad and it is vegan as well as cruelty free!

I purchased this online and when I saw the box I was a little disappointed because it is so small, I didn’t notice that it only contains 16ml which isn’t a lot. Even though you don’t need a lot of product at once and they recommend using this once a week. I don’t think this will last me very long. It costs €10,20 so the price matches the size which is great.

I love the design of the packaging, it’s so minimalistic and modern, but it still feels like a fancy apothecary brand! The mask itself is a white cream mask, it contains jojoba oil, white clay, zinc and pomegranate which are all great products to calm acne and clear oily skin without irritating.

I applied a thin layer, focussing a thicker layer on any blemishes, you leave it on for 10 minutes and wash it off with lukewarm water. Afterwards my skin felt amazingly soft and clean. My pores looked a little smaller but they were a lot cleaner which made them less noticeable. It’s not very moisturizing so I definitely recommend using a good moisturizer afterwards. I actually really like this mask and I’ll be using this more often! Hopefully it will also have a long term effect on my skin!

I’m glad I discovered the brand Korres, I might try some of their other products as well!

What’s your favorite mask right now?

Thanks for reading!
xoxo Christine

  1. I have my facemasks phases, right now I'm not in that phase, but when I do use them more regularly, I like trying different ones everytime. This Korres one seems to do great though!
