Hey babes! Here with a quick first impressions post for you, about the Mio Liquid Yoga Restorative Bath Soak and the Mio body brush. This Bath Soak is supposed to relax your mind and body at the same time. It’s filled with essentials oils, herbs and mineral salts that really work to comfort your muscles. Great after a long day or a heavy workout! It’s called a massage in a bottle!

I’ve tried this a few times and it really does relax me, the scents fill the bathroom and give you that spa feeling. It’s a blend of spearmint, lavender and chamomile, which are all amazing for relaxation.

It also works on your muscles because it contains Andiroba oil, and the Murumuru butter and omegas in this moisture and hydrate your body as well. I really feel that this bath soak helps me restore my aching muscles after a workout. It has even helped me ease migraines from neck pain!

It has a green colour but that doesn’t show up as much in the bath tub!
The second Mio product I checked out is this body brush, it comes with a long manual about how to use it to have an optimal effect. It massages your muscles and the bristles exfoliate your skin as well. The movements described in the manual work with your lymph system to have an optimal effect on your muscles and blood flow. This way it can clear your skin, reduce pain and improve cellulite.
I’ve been using this in the bath tub and together with some more exercise and regular massaging I’ve had way better results than ever before, massaging really makes a difference and a brush like this makes that a lot easier!

I’m really impressed by how unique this brand is. Liquid Yoga is the perfect description for the bath soak and the brush has opened up a new world for me. I’m really into using massaging and natural herbs to cure pain and small ailments now, rather than reaching for medication immediately!

Do you use any natural ways to cure pain or stress?

Thanks for reading!
xoxo Christine
